AR-11 has to do with PERMANENT residence change, if you will live temporarily near a college, but continue to reside in FL, and continue to receive mail, and maintain FL driver's license then no AR-11 is needed to file, MA will not consider you a resident of Massachusetts.

I will just go there for school, I will keep my FL driver's license and continue to reside and receive mail there...

I thought that we have to notify for all the changes of address but I got it..it is only apply for a permanent move...

Thank u YuAndDan for the reply!

Yes, just for change of "RESIDENCE" you are NOT changing your residence.
