What happened when the petition is returned from NVC to USCIS??? This is not for me but for a friend who is getting this petition. Thanks

Perhaps Son or Daughter got married?

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

the proble is the petitio was for unmarried childre and he wants to bring married children. When he filed it he was a LPR now he is a citizen.

the proble is the petitio was for unmarried childre and he wants to bring married children. When he filed it he was a LPR now he is a citizen.

That cases the case to become an F3 petition, I believe a NEW I-130 is needed to be filed not because of Citizenship status, but because of the Un-Married to Married status change of son or daughter, if son/daughter were still unmarried then case simply would change from F2B to F1 since no additional dependents would need to be added to the petition, the petition would remain unchanged, this is NOT the case when the beneficiary marries.
