ok i have a few questions that i wanna ask first when my fiancee has her medical at st. lukes medical center in manlia do we have to schedal and appointment for the exsam? second i wanna make sure is that is the a priorty number that she needs is so were does she get? thank you so much!!!! :help: :help:

As far as i know for K-1 the USEM will send the packet to the beneficiary together with the schedule for medical and interview as well as the forms that you mentioned

EAD APPLICATION:

2009-01-10 ----- E-filed EAD Application

2009-01-20 ------NOA1 Receipt Notice

2009-01-22 ------Biometrics appointment recieved by mail

2009-02-11-------Biometrics Date (done smoothly)

2009-4-15 -------- EAD Approved

2009-4-24 -------- EAD Received by mail ( yyyeeeeessssss)

Yes you have to schedule the appointment.. but first.. congrats on your NOA2.. now you should go to this link: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=129059 and it will give you all the info you need... I responded 2 your other question as well from an earlier post in the K1 forum..

Best to have your lady do the St. Lukes medical ASAP. No need schedule. Best if she goes Tuesday thru Thursday at 1 AM. Medical takes at least 2 days.

She needs passport, 3 passport photos, 2 ballpens and NOA2 or appointment letter.

Cell phones allowed.

I'd like to clarify... passport size photo is not 2x2 but on the steps provided by usem the picture should be 2x2 (visa photograph)...
