I finally receive my welcome letter!!! After more than 11 years of stress, test of patience and all the money spent, Im gonna have my 10-year greencard!

TO everyone who hasnt received your green card yet, be patient and goodluck!! :star:

4/30/08-FEDEXed (priority) forms I-485, I-765- & I-131

5/01/08 (Thurs.)-Forms recvd for/by Chyba

5/08/08 -Check deposited

5/09/08 (Fri.)-Check cleared bank (7th bus. day fr rcpt of forms)

5/09/08 (Fri.)- NOA for each form

5/12/08 (Mon.)- Apptment Letter-Biometrics for I-764 & I-485

5/29/07-Biometrics Apptmt (21st bus. day)@ 3pm-(got there 2pm-DONE by 2:15pm)

6/02/08- Registered for automatic update

7/11/08-Rcvd email from Chris: 1765-Card Prod Ordered; I-131 Approval letter sent

7/16/08 -2nd Email from Chris: 1765-Card Prod Ordered

7/18/08- Cris: EAD Approval Notice Sent

7/19/08-Rcvd Form I-512L-Advance Parole

7/21/08-Rcvd EAD- Picture Horrible!! By the way, envelope didnt have USCIS letterhead so be careful.

9/03/08-Rcvd Interview Letter

10/7/08- Intervew

10/17/08 - Card Production Ordered (per online - NO EMAIL fr Cris)

10/20/08 - Touched

10/22/08 - Card Production Ordered Again - Date changed from 17 to 22

10/25/08 - Received Welcome Letter

10/27/08 - Approval Notice Sent Per Online status - DELAYED! =)

10/28/08 - RECEIVED 10-YEAR GREEN CARD!!!!

CONGRATS....and I totally know how you felt having gone through immigration process now for about 11+ yrs myself...congrats again and enjoy

July 16....AOS mailed;

July 17.......AOS received
July 21.......NOA1 receipt date

July 23.......Check Cashed
July 25.......Received NOA1

July 28.......Received Biometrics appointment
Aug 12.....received RFE notice

Aug 13...Biometrics Appointment

August 19...RFE received, case resumed processing
Oct. 8.........EAD Card production ordered

Oct. 16.......EAD Approval noticed mailed
Oct. 18........EAD in hand (came in mail)
Nov 3.........Interview Notice received in mail
Dec 4.........Interview APPROVED, CRIS email: card production ordered

THANK YOU THANK YOU EVERYONE!! it feels surreal that after 11 freaking years Im finally gonna have this little green/white card that could or is actually going to change my life :dance: I actually decided to go home (booked my ticket a month ago) for a vacation w/ my Advance Parole even if I havent received my GC bec I was dying to see my friends and my homeland... =)

Again, to those who are still waiting... it will come... :yes:
