hi mahinhin..

i too went through CRBA with our son..NO DNA, my husband wasn't with me during our son's CRBA appointment too.

but despite that, i just aswered all the COs questions honestly and presented him all the docs he needed.

we got approved..

personally, i'd say it would have beenbetter if you went to your OB right after you knew you were pregnant, they really dig deep on this matter..even to a point of asking when did you think you got pregnant (at least i was asked this during our son's appointment). just don't get intimidated during the interview..

secure all docs you think you'll need. make sure you have everything you think can prove biological ties between your child and your hubby, this is very crutial in proving parentage of USC.
