No, it will not affect your K1 application as long as everything has been and will be truthfully filled out on all forms. K1, K3 will

be crosschecked with info on previous B2's and other visa app's.

If you have been truthful a denial of a B2 will not affect your K1 at all.

hi,

Thanks for the reply, was getting really worried about that.

I have one more question, i receive single parent payments, can that be used as an income on the k1 application?

Once out of Ireland, and then married, you wouldn't be eligible for single parent payments, right? So, it is not income that you can show will help support you as a couple.

NO

Being refused a visitor's visa has no affect on K-1 process. Visitors visa has NO immigrant intent so requires ties to home country, HOWEVER a K-Visa DOES have immigrant intent, so DOES NOT require ties to home country.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Hi,

I was just really worried because we have tried to meet on several occasions because my fiance is on dialysis and we both felt it will be safer for me to travel to him. hence the visa refusals. so he is going to try to come for just 5 days, so that he can go back for dialysis.

I am supposed to be a donor as well, so we are going to wait until i get the k1 one visa.
