If you get your citizenship then it would last less than 1 year. You can apply under permanent resident and later on when you get the citizenship you upgrade the petition.

THANKX MY DEAR, BUT THE SITUATION IS HERE..... YESTERDAY , MY FATHER GOT GC OK, AND MY MOM LIVES IN US LAST 1O YEARS. AND SHE IS US CITIZEN....WHILE OUR NAMES ARE ALSO SUBMITTED WHILE MY FATHER IMMIGRATION WAS UNDER RUNNING.....

SO, FINALLY, HOW MUCH TIME WILL REQUIRED.??? WHILE MOM SAYS IT WILL TAKE TIME 2 YEARS,
