hello everybody!

is it necessary to include those affidavit sworn letters along with I-130 ?

If yes, is there a certain number of those letters should be included?

can my mother in law write that letter?

I am preparing all necessary documents to start the process for CR1 and we have just couple evidences and i am kinda affraid about that:

- our lease

-joint account

- he will also add me to his car insurance

-wedding card from my parents and friends!

pictures from our wedding! - should i attach pictures now or bring it to the embassy?

that's it...nothing else :(

\\do we have a chance to go thru this? what do you think guys?

No, affidavits aren't necessary at all, we didn't submit any affidavits. As a matter of fact, many people dont' submit anything other than their marriage certificate and a few photographs while filing i-130. Evidence are optional, you have to realise that i-130 is also for couples who are trying to do DCF, evidence are essential for them, but not for couples who have hardly lived together.

thank you guys!

We will have 2 letters: 1st from my mother in law..and the 2nd from my friend who was at our wedding! should be good

The other question is that, currently my husband is not working! he qot fired! What should he put in G325A - currently unemployed?

im sure he will get a new job before we will have to send Affidavit of Support but is it gonna cause me any problems since he's not working?

thank you for everything!
