I just wanted to let everyone know!! I just got off the phone with called VSC with great news. Both my I-130 and I129F were APPROVED !!!!!! I hope others will be approved this week also and this only the beginning of many more to come.

I130 - NOA1, Feb 27, 2008

I129F - NOA1, March 10, 2008

I130 - NOA2 (approved), October 27, 2008

I129F - NOA2 (approved), October 27, 2008

good luck to all. now on to the next step...

Big congrats to you. Definitely a great way to start the week off. I was getting worried for a little bit this gives the rest of us waiting some hope. Good luck the rest of the way. And happy diwali to all.

But it seems like VSC still have a lot of February and early March filers waiting... WHy the heck then they posted that "6 months" thing? :angry: I want my approval this week!! Oh man! I'm already convinced I won't be there for Christmas. :crying:

NOA 1 - 03/26/08

NVC received papers - 01/30/09

NVC generated DS 3032 and AOS bill - 02/02/09

DS 3032 sent by e-mail and snail mail - 02/02/09

NVC replied my e-mail confirming my choice of agent - 02/06/09

AOS bill received - 02/07/09

AOS bill and IV bill paid online - 02/07/09

AOS and IV display the PAID message - 02/11/09

Thanks! Yes, the only touch on our petition was in May. No activity of any kind from then until I logged in yesterday and discovered that we were approved.
