Congratulations buddy!

There was an approval in the timeline for K3 (Raj & Pinky), I'm sure many of you might already have seen, on 10/27. NOA for I-130--2/22, 129F--3/4.

Desiman...get your congressman involved. you are outside of the processing times. i cant' believe they are still moving at snail's pace even after those transfers to CSC and end of the naturalization rush.

I just sent my Congressman a letter... let's see what he says next week.

I'm pulling for all those still waiting as well. I am one of those who called Vermont the Monday after the date was changed since my I-129 was outside of the processing times. I was told to request an Expedite, which I did. I had contacted my Representative and my Senator. I'm not sure which, if any of these, helped in my approval. Hopefully Vermont will continue with approvals.

Gigli, you do have the exact timeline as i do!! Both of our touches were on the same day as well. You should definitely see your approval soon... I didn't get the email although i signed up for email notification... just the online status... I hope your approval comes in a day or two so we can do the NVC together :thumbs:

hello everybody i just wanna ask if what is SOFTPOD?..i was waiting for my visa delivery and when i checked shipment tracking online it says SOFTPOD recieved by me but i didnt recieved any yet so im so confused and worry that visa might not deliver yet..let me know pls if anybody knows..

thanx dear,well i already done on interview last oct. 20 and paid for visa delivery..it says in tracking online that shipment already out for delivery but its over 10 days already and didnt have it yet..and they said i recieved SOFTPOd..dont know what that means..im so confused and trying to find it out...

I did not receive a response on the expedite. My congresswoman told me that my case was in the queue to be assigned to an officer about two weeks before i received the approval. I can't say that the congressional inquiries or expedite requests helped to speed things along. It's hard for me to view 7+ months of waiting as any type of expedite :D
