Hi all.

Ok , am mailing the I129F soon, yet the checklist is giving us a huge headache... I have read here that the NOA1 IS the transfer of notice. When we received the NOA it was one piece of paper... I am to include <as per number 3 on the checklist> a copy of the notice of transfer.

Does this mean I am to provide two copies of our NOA 1?

This is very confusing and really not at all clear.

Should number 3 state... what it does, but then state, this is another copy of your NOA1.?

I have received only the NOA 1... No other documents.

help

Please!

If you have received the NOA1 and nothing else from USCIS then you should send just the NOA1 as evidence that the I-130 is pending, along with your I-129F and other required documents.

sry if Im not being clear. K.. as stated in the checklist

2. Cover Letter. Should include a description of what your are petitioning for (K-3 Visa), a table of contents (list everything in the packet). If you need additional room to explain your case, attach a separate sheet (list the attachment on the cover sheet). Make sure to sign and date the cover sheet.

3. Copy of I-130 Transfer Notice (indicating where your underlying I-130 petition was routed to after it was filed at the appropriate Chicago Lockbox).

10. Copy of the NOA1 from the I-130

number 3.. copy of Transfer notice, number 10 Copy of NOA1..

does this mean i include two copies of the NOA1?.. since this is all that i received and I have read here, that in this case, the NOA1 is the Transfer notice..

When listing the table of contents. Should A copy of the NOA1 be listed as a copy of the I-130 transfer notice.. ?

ty again all.
