HUGE RFE

Hi!

Yesterday we got a huge NVC RFE: The entire DS-230 package!!!!! Our story: we had an embassy change, so we were able to pay/send I-864 but not DS-230. One week ago (after 1 month....) we were "changed", we had a new case #, and we could pay/send DS-230. I sent my husband all the docs on ultra super fast mail, but they are a bit lost on the Atlantic .

Yesterday we got a RFE on the mail, requesting the DS-230 package!!!! My question is: once we send all the docs (and without more RFE), is our case going to be complete in 5 days?

It ought to be completed within a couple of weeks once they received the the required docs.

You never know, for me it got completed in 3 days from the time they got it in their system, but usually from the trends I have seen, do count it as 10 days if everything is all good.

it's going on the second week now after we submitted the rfe it has been accepted but now waiting for "final review" good luck!
