I ve just recived request for more information ,form I 751.Mine main problem is that when I sent documentation before I didnt include joint bank account, because its not active( my husbund is paying the credit card bills and debts) actually it is frozen. So, my husbund canot open a new account untill all the bills are paid, so we are using only mine. I am afraid that this may be a reason for I751 to be denied.Does anyone know if my husbund and I can write explanation why we dont use the account and submit the transcriptions of the joint account when it was active............

I would submit an explantion but also submit other documentation, possibly copies of the credit card bills. If you did not submit transcrips of your tax returns I would do that as well as utility bills that span your marriage.

In your case I would submit affidavits from friends, if you did not in your initial submission.

My husband and I never had any joint bank accounts, no joint credit cards (we do own property together), we went through the entire process of AOS and removing conditions (and now citizenship) with no problems and no RFEs

What evidences did you submit?

i submit:life isurance, lease agreement, bills, tax returns, affidavit suport from friends and family, photos, cards, different mails and cell phone bills that was on both our names, letters from our emloyees. I am actually worried because there is no a lotmore evidence that I can sumit. We dont have any kids ,I am still in the school..I ca only sent new taxes ,which we did for 2007 and some new bills

Submit whatever you can (in your case, I would recommend re-submitting what you submitted earlier, just in case they misplaced parts of your file), and do include the explanation about the joint account. The worst they can do is call you in for an interview if they feel the evidence is still not sufficient.

Good luck!
