Not surprising.
Me either. The way I figured it, no judge in the nation want to be the one to rule ineligible (even if true) the first black man with a real chance of winning the presidency. Also not surprising the judge took the easy way out, instead of ruling on the actual merits of the case.

Besides all that - I mean, really, how trivial is it to simply produce a copy of one's birth certificate to put an end to any reasonable possibility of doubt? You'd think that one would do it simply to put an end to the issue (among the reasonable anyway). I can't think of any good reason NOT to.

All of that aside - it doesn't matter to me who the president is. We could appoint Ahmadinejad as our president for all I care. Would probably do at least as good job a job as either of the two doofuses who may actually get the job.

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.
