You will never be able to truly understand a person who chooses to have an abortion unless you've been in their shoes and had to make the choice. It's their body and their choice. Unless you want them to be able to decide what happens with your body then you can't argue with me.

What I posted was in specific response to a request for information about Obama's objections to implementing a policy requiring babies who survived abortion to be given medical treatment. I am allowed to counter objections to my pov, just as anyone else is.

I said CHILDREN are a gift from God. I said nothing about fetuses.

I have faith and I am better for it because it shields me from the bitter callousness exhibited by those who do not respect life.

I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.

What I find sad is that Charles should believe that his so called experiment has some bearing on how taxes work. Playing Lord Bountiful may satisfy some need he has, but it doesn't relate to any economic theory that is being put forward by either candidate. It might however explain why he is voting for McCain and why Joe the XXXXXX is seemingly a popular analogy among staunch right wing supporters and perhaps McCain himself?
