Question reguarding working conditions......

My fiance has his interview date November 18 so should be here within like 4 weeks hopefully! i was looking into the next steps and i know you have to do the I-485 and the I-751. My question is what do you do about working? Is there a form my fiance will have to fill out to be eligable to work? or can he start working right away? Can someone please let me know? Thanx!

Your fiancee will need an EAD before he can work. See the link below.
