Hi everyone,

Im just newbie here...i had my interview last Oct. 7, 2008. I received a pink slip and white paper telling me to submit "current sustaine income" of my fiance, that means the US Embassy in Manila put me on AR and need to review it first. We submitted the documents they needed and more than 2 weeks now we have no idea what happened with our case or if they reviewed our case already or not. I am wondering, since my fiance is a self-employed and just managing his houses, we submitted his assets (title of his 2 house notarized) and a letter from my fiance telling the USEM that he own the house and renting it to his tenants and earn the income of 3000USD from his one house and another 1000+USD from his another house monthly. I submitted his I-134 notarized and his w2, federal income tax, bank statement and IRS when i had my interview...

Im just wondering if anyone here has an idea if our documents is the right one we submitted after they put me in AR or are we still lacking document that need to be presented to the USEM?...your help would be highly appreciated..thank you very much for your time reading my post..

They will tell you if its enough or they need more. I personally think the documents you submitted are enough and don't worry anymore. Consuls at the embassy are behind schedule and and are doing their best to catch up. Your case is included in the backlogs so you have no choice but to wait. Just relax and spend more time with your familly.

God bless...
