Ok, I'm getting ahead of myself but I have a concern here in regards to How much money do I need to be able to show in my bank accounts? I am more than good on the poverty level scale area, and I have plenty of assests. My concern here is that I own a small business and a lot of times my cash or bank money is actually tied up in parts, or projects we have going on in the shop. I own a small body shop. My concern is at the time I get ready to fill the I-134 what if I can't show much in my bank accounts? How much money if I must show, is acceptable? Anyone know? Thanks

If you meet/exceed (as you say) the 125% of poverty guidelines - it is really up to you whether (or not) you disclose bank account information (or other assets as well). In a sense - it doesn't matter how much/little your savings/checking account balance is if you exceed the income guidelines.

If you make 125% above the poverty line, then don't worry about it.

Also, fill in your timeline so people can better assist you by seeing where you are in the process.

Good luck moparmusclecars
