I got my social security number when I was in college here. And after I got here as a K1 holder, I renewed my card. Now, my EAD was approved. Do I have to go to the office again and show the EAD and renew it?

My social security card says I can work only with DHS authorization.

No, because your immigration status has not changed... go when you get the GC....

NO  you immigrations status has NOT changed, you are still a NON-Immigrant, so the card will still say "With DHS auth only" on it.

Only after getting green-card and your status changes from NON-Immigrant to IMMIGRANT will you need to visit SSA to update the SSN card.

Also SSA recommends you visit them after becoming a citizen to update status, this affects benefits that you may get from SSA.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Unless your name has changed since the card was issued there is no current need to contact SSA.
