Help me out here-Obama being foregin born and President

My little sister is marrying this guy I've never met, Micah, and his thought process tells me he's a conservative. On his facebook recently he posted his status as "Micah is reading WWW.OBAMACRIMES.COM and is fascinated and shocked!"

So I looked at that site and it claims that Berg vs. Obama had some major revelations in the case regarding Obama's pending birth certificate and backs it up with pdf files saying Obama was born in Kenya. Also that Obama isn't just visiting his sick Grandma in Hawaii but working this birth certificate issue?

So I snoped it and wrote him: As a journalism student the media wouldn't ignore a story like this that affects the entire nation. Read the last paragraph of the investigative snopes link: http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/citizen.asp

And I kept looking and found this site: This site says Snopes needs to update and that this is breaking news that will be covered Thursday or Friday. This should be interesting. http://www.earthfrisk.com/blog/?p=107

Then I checked everywhere and wrote him this. Ok I checked the major networks sites: ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, NPR, BBC, FOX and print journalism sites: The Washington Post, The New York Times, The LA Times and none of them have covered it yet. It's been a conspiracy theory for awhile though.

What I did find was mostly right wing conservative citizen journalist and blogger sites following this ... story. Citizen journalist often times have no real journalism training and are sometimes unethical with sensationalism and not fact checking which is having a real impact on society. They need to be made held accountable for it.

We haven't met yet, so don't take this out of context, but most of the national media is Liberal and supports Obama and makes the public feel like if we don't vote for him it's racist or that we're voting for Bush again.... and it's subtle and terrifying.

I'm scared, not of Obama, but of the downward spiral he represents for this country. ... Anytime Iranian, Cuban & Venezualan leaders support Obama, that's enough to deter any sane voter in America, those are our enemies. If he is foregin born, do you think he should be eligible?

Nothing, you're not the one marrying in the guy, it's your sister's beef now. I personally don't like people who are that passionate about politics or the government. They actually scare me because they start obsessing about something they pretty much don't have any control over.

Let him be and just ignore him. That's what I would do anyway.

Either nothing at all - probably the best option as people like that usually aren't open to reason - or you tell them to pull their head from where the sun doesn't shine and get a load of reality. But again, you probably better say nothing at all and let them continue to run around making complete fools of themselves.

I'll help you out here.

Plaintiff has filed a Requests for Admissions in his civil action. Defense has not responded by the deadline sought in the request.

This is no way constitutes an Admission of affirmative to the questions. It only shows that Defense failed to respond by the Plaintiff's deadline. If the deadline had been set by the court via a scheduling order, then we might have at least have a contempt issue. But otherwise, all you have here is the Defendant pretty much ignoring the Plaintiff. Happens everyday in civil cases.

i dont remember where i read it ........it was in his first term i think when he was busy making a mess out of our country the first time he had it attached to something that congress wanted.......i dont even know how to research for it but i do remember i was excited thinking oh that means anyone can now run for president.............

Being a natural born Citizen in the US is a requirement for being President.

Natural born citizen means a citizen at birth. Since his mother was a citizen, he was a natural born citizen. End of story. The fact that he was also born on US soil (McCain was born in the Panama canal region, don't see anyone trying to sue McCain about that) means that again, he is a natural born citizen.

The only real argument for someone who believes any of this ####### is that if there was any question in the guys eligibility then do you think that the democratic party would risk putting him on the ballot without being sure?? No way, there would be far too much to lose.

I read that he was created on an alien spaceship using a combination of Lenin's, Stalin's, Ho Chi Minh's and Marx's genes. That really scares me (crawls into bed, assumes fetal position and sucks thumb)! They did provide him with a birth certificate though. I'm sorry where did I ever disagree with that? Natural born = born a US citizen regardless of place. Therefore if I had a child while I was in my husband's country that child would still be a natural born Citizen as I am it's parent and I am a US Citizen. There was no time when that child was not a USC. It doesn't only have to do with location of birth.
