I485 - Adjustment of Status

According to USCIS they are working on cases dated July, 2006. Is that really accurate? Also, anyone know why it says next to the processing times of the I-485 that its an employment based adjustment application?

I would be looking to adjust status after my wife comes in on the K3 visa.

because that is what they are reporting... they are not reporting I-485's for adjustment of status based on immediate relative to a USC. Lookup your local district office instead (even though those dates may or may not be accuate either)

Look at your FIELD office for I-485 processing times.

We applied June 2008 and were approved the end of September 2008... I know each case is different. Lots of luck!
