Hi guys

my situation is this - i am uk citizen living in uk, my husband is usc living in the us, we had our marriage abroad in the middle east

everything i have read is that i would HAVE to have interview for k3 in middle east where marriage took place, this may not be too big a problem as its not too far away and have family there, but it seems some of you seem to think there is a way i can get the interview to take place in the uk instead?? if so HOW???!! and will it delay it even further?

any suggestions on what i should do would be appreciated!

i tried emailing the london embassy to see if they would do my application there - but they ignored my email - that was in august.

thanks#

If you want to interview for a spouse visa in your country of residence, take the CR1 or IR` visa path and skip the K3.
