Hi, my wife and I are in the process of applying for AOS and received the dreaded yellow RFE letter. The letter says that there is a problem with F (4) Submit a completed and signed 864. We're pretty sure we did this. My parents are the sponsors and we submitted the tax returns for 2002, 2003, 2004. Could it be that they want 2005? We mailed everything off in April.

Anyways, is there a number to call for any further questions regarding the RFE?

Thanks

I got the same letter and determined that the only thing they could want are 2005 taxes, even though I sent everything off in February (well before 4/15). I did my 2005 taxes as soon as I got the RFE and just sent photocopies of my 1040 and W2.

ditto
