Hi,

We're filing for a K3 and my wife (in Egypt) just got a packet from the Embassy there with instructions on what forms are needed, medical, etc. Then this info goes back to the embassy and within 10 days they send a letter informing her of what her interview date will be.

For the simultaneous I130 we filed, I just received today a package from NVC asking for the $70 payment of the AOS.

Question is I see packet #'s referred to often by individuals by I don't know what these packet #'s actually correspond to. I don't see a packet # on what I received and I asked my wife in Egypt and she didnt see a packet # on the package she received from the embassy.

Thanks for your help.

If you visit the embassy's website's documents section, you will see the documents that would be part of each packet. Actually, its only packet 3 and packet 4. For CR1 processing, search this site for loto's guide and follow those shortcuts for easy process.
