Hayssss, October is about to end, Still no NOA2, I check case online everyday, hoping & wishing we can see changes but only frustrations, I'm overstressed now living apart from my husband, I got sick this week I assumed my immune system getting low. Our case is already over 8 mos going 9 mos this Nov 19, no updates, no touches. OHH, I dont know know what to do now. Why do we have to suffer so much? VERY FRUSTRATING & AGGREVAITING :crying::crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

Hey lady,dont overstressed your self..or you'll grow old so fast..LOL...but seriously i understand how you feel coz me and my husband also waited for so long not only for our petition but also waited enough to received my visa and my 2 children.We started our petitions application July 2007,4 months alter after we got married-got I-130 & I-129F approval both at the same time of June 18,2008-Interview was Augost 4th and received our visas Sept 23rd coz of the DV's delays etc.We're here now in the US together with my husband,2kids and 1 step son.We're moving on to our AOS pretty soon.Hang in there lady and everything will be just fine.Ok?

Hi,

Don't worry, I was in the identical situation with you. I filed for the I130 on Feb 1 and then the I129F in early March and just got approved on Oct 7th. So it took about 8.5 months or so which is just about where you are at, so hopefully it should be any day now. I too filed in Vermont. Don't worry, it will come soon.

Thank u guys for your replies and encouragement but it cant get out of my mind thinking if we can still be approve its been a long time. On Nov.2 its my husbands b-day & our wish is to be together on that day,but it look like negative. My only wish now is to get approve before his b-day, its a great gift from Vermont to offer. We'll be very happy if they will. Hopefully!!

Wow jeca, I looked at your timeline, you even had to wait forever to get your NOA 1's back. Well, I'm rapidly approaching 7 months, so I am not as bad off as some of these poor souls, but it still stinks. Am starting to really regret that me and the mrs. didn't go the K-1 fiancee route. The people I know personally who went that way got through much faster, wickedly faster. I tried to convince my wife of that before we got married, but she had a lot of people around her in her home country giving her really bad advice. She got scared and thought I didn't want to marry her. Now, she's regretting the K-3 route, too.

Good luck to all. Keep the faith, it's about all we've got at this point.

I'm so frustrated too, touched 8/5 and nothing since. When will this be over, I'm soooooooooo tired of waiting.
