10/13/2006 - sent AOS and EAD documents

10/18/2006 - NOA1

11/02/2006 - biometrics appointment in Santa Ana

01/05/2007 - interview appointment in Santa Ana - APPROVED!!!

01/16/2007 - greencard in mail

01/22/2007 - EAD card in mail (well, thank you very much)

10/2002 Met in yahoo chat

10/2004 Romance blossoms

04/2005 Went to india, spent two wonderful weeks together

06/11/05 Sent petition

06/22/05 1st NOA received

09/12/05 2nd NOA received

11/15/05 Interview: request for additional information from me.

11/30/05 Got notice that we were Placed on Administrative Processing

03/04/06 Going to visit with my boo!

04/08/06 Back home (sigh) back to waiting again.

06/15/06 7 months on AP (will this ever end?)

07/06/06 called for second interview (it was a nightmare)

07/14/06 learned our petition was sent back

07/15/06 ready to carry on the fight!!!!

10/17/06 petition is back at USCIS

Good luck Lorelle!!! I am sure that we don't need to send you good luck wishes tho...you are going to have NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER!! Remember to breathe and to relax.. I know easier said than done, but you have helped so many of us and your advice has always been sage. So please don't fret. Just think of all of us on VJ sitting there in front of you...NEKKID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHA!!! pmsl.

So sorry that I haven't gotten back to you in regards to airfare. I did get in touch with my friend at the agency and she is on holiday at the mo. But they have left her a message and they know that they better give it to her or else I will be on the warpath!!! Just remind me again when you are flying out?? SHe should be in touch with me on Monday or Tuesday.

1-12-2006 Received initial packet - It has I-130, I-864 & DS-230 Part 1, DS-2001 & tons of instructions.

Gathering paperwork that we don't have:

5-30-2006 - I-130 FILED AND ACCEPTED BY AUCKLAND CONSULATE!- INTERVIEW: 6/13/2006

6-13-2006 - APPROVED!usaCa.gifnew_zeaC3.gif

6-14-2006 - VISA IN HAND D_SMIL112.gif
