After 9 months we receive an RFE regarding proof we saw each other in the last 2 years. Needless to say we sent that when we sent the whole file.

And the USCIS site did not update that RFE thing... It's getting better and better now! :star:

You Noa2 is right around the corner! Strange they requested that tho u included it..maybe they lost that part of the file.

Nothing surprises me any more here. Personally, I think CSC was just looking for an excuse for not processing the file in a timely manner. Oana, have you tried phoning them to check they've received the RFE? You need to make sure that they don't cancel your file with an excuse that they never received your response to RFE. Bug them until you find out. After that it's their responsibility to process you within 60 days or offer some sort of explanation. I might be a bit paranoid now but I've lost all trust in their ability to deal with petitions in a fair and timely manner.

Good luck and hope you get your NOA2 very soon.

We just received the RFE hard copy on March 30, and we sent the papers they needed yesterday, March 31st. And of course, my baby sent the papers asking for receiver's signature. So we will wait.

What is obvious is that we received this RFE after both Senators inquire about our case, after the Congressman is on the case, after sending letters to both Ombudsman and Governor !! So everybody is involved in this !

Weird thing is when we call and hear the "understaffed"excuse... When they approve people in 30 days ! Give me a break !

Oh, I know how you feel. There are no words to describe the frustration one feels. I know that I wouldn't have minded the wait so much if I knew that everybody else was doing their time so to speak. But for some to wait well over a year and some get approved in 30 days... where is justice or justification for that?!

I'm sorry you are still stewing in this waiting pot but if you sent off your RFE yesterday, they'll receive it today, acknowledge it tomorrow and hopefully you might be approved by the end of this week or next. Good luck!
