Hey guys,

I just wanted to let you know that 465 days after CSC received our application and 402 days after the NOA1, I recieved a most unexpected call this morning from my lawyer saying he had received the NOA2!

Wow. Today must feel great. Congratulations.

Hey guys,

I just wanted to let you know that 465 days after CSC received our application and 402 days after the NOA1, I recieved a most unexpected call this morning from my lawyer saying he had received the NOA2! Like others have mentioned, my online status was also not updated to reflect this. Now mind you, I haven't actually seen the NOA2 yet, but I thought I would share the good news. :)

Hopefully this gives some hope to Sara, Wendy and others who have waited so long. Good luck to all!

Congratulations. You must feel so relieved! I hope the rest of the process go much more smoothly :dance::dance::dance::dance:

5/16/08:Received NA01

2/24/09: NA02 APPROVAL... finally, after 9 MONTHS & 8 DAYS!!

5/5/09 : Interview Date APPROVED!!!!

5/8/09: visa received

From NA01 to interview: 12 LONG MONTHS!!

07/23/09: received SSN

08/17/09: Passed Driving test

08/22/09: Married on beautiful Mackinac Island, MI

AOS

08/31/09: Mailed AOS Package

10/20/09: Received AP

10/21/09 Received EAD card

12/7/09 AOS APPROVED!

12/14/09: Green Card arrived in mail. Happy Days!

It's taken 18 months from applying for K1 to receipt of Green Card! Thank God it's over until 12/7/11

Here we go again...

09/14/11: Mailed I-751 to Vermont

09/19/11: NA01

10/14/11: Biometrics

7/2/12: Approved. New Card Ordered

7/7/12: Green Card received

i've been reading this thread and was about to join this 6+months club. But today i just got approved in 178 days !! i am 2 days away from 6 months. My I-129f was crappy ( if you read my posts, you will understand why), was expecting a few RFEs or a denial but instead i got approved!! if i can, then anyone else can. Its all the matter of times now. I wish you all the best and you guys deserve your NOA2 asap!!!!!!!

Did you have a congressman inquire or phone USCIS yourself at all, or did the approval happen on its own? Just curious, though I know you weren't at 6 months yet.

The approval just happened on its own. I had a few issues with my application (you can find out by reading my posts), was expecting an RFE or a denial, but an approval instead. I have not been touched once since my NOA1, I have been stressing out and frustrated like you guys. Then all of the sudden i got a touch along with my approval!! it's a miracle i tell ya

my fiance receive the hard copy today ,dated february 27!! can you believe, and the F$&%ING website page say received and pending, thats what i said i hate USCIS :P

I JUST GOT MY APPROVAL!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!! It was in my mailbox when I got home from work just now!

I can't believe it!!! Of course the website still says "pending" But it was approved on March 2nd! The funny thing is that I went to the info pass appointment on March 3rd and they had NO IDEA it had been approved!!!!

I'm only sorry it was me and not Sara!!!! ####### is going on with our dear Sara?

OMG, i really happy for you Wendy!!!! but i feel bad, we are join this absolute happiness, but Sara do not, USCIS is bad thing, but i really sure that Sara say good bye to this thread so soon!!! :star::star:

August 18, 2008-sent I-129F to VSC

August 20, 2008-I-129F delivered!

August 21, 2008-NOA1

August 26, 2008-Obtained case number from VSC!!!

March 21, 2009-NOA2

March 25, 2009-Learned that case received by NVC on March 24, 2009 & obtained CDJ case number!

March 26, 2009-Learned that case was sent to CDJ Embassy on March 25, 2009!!!

March 27, 2009-Received hardcopy NOA2!

As of March 16, 2009, we have had no touches and are still waiting for the NOA2.

Update: March 21, 2009-NOA2, email notification on March 23, 2009.

Update: March 25, 2009-Case at NVC!

Update: March 25, 2009-Case sent to CDJ!!!
