I think the IRS is easier to deal with than CIS.

yes because its logical it is all about digests with decennials and x amount of write offs and dependents,

csc is a bunch of people that will tell u anything they feel they can to get u off the phone even if u know its a load of garbage......and getting an intelligent supervisor is as difficult to do as solving the national debt

Yeah, a CSC officer tried to tell me it would take 3 months for our case to get to the NVC after NOA2. They are insane. I had to get after him just to get a real answer...oh, it was sent March 2. Duh.

NOA 2. Really?

Congrats r0yalflush!!!

Did you have a congressman inquire or phone USCIS yourself at all, or did the approval happen on its own? Just curious, though I know you weren't at 6 months yet.

Hey guys,

I just wanted to let you know that 465 days after CSC received our application and 402 days after the NOA1, I recieved a most unexpected call this morning from my lawyer saying he had received the NOA2! Like others have mentioned, my online status was also not updated to reflect this. Now mind you, I haven't actually seen the NOA2 yet, but I thought I would share the good news. :)

Hopefully this gives some hope to Sara, Wendy and others who have waited so long. Good luck to all!

2007-11-30: I-129F received by CSC
