Hey Jenny

My I 129F was received in Vermont on May 16, and I've had no responses from them either. The only change online was last action taken date of July 1. Calling Vermont doesnt help. You only speak to a Customer Service worker who tells you they dont have access to any information other than what we see on their web site. I've had my Senator and Assemblymen contact them too, ant that is worthless also. All they do is send a letter of inquiry, and the response back from USCIS is always a one liner repeating the same processing dates we see on the web site. I know you would rather hear something else, but this is the truth.

Carl

I am new on the website. We filed last May and we received the first notice on June 5th. Since that date we didn't hear anything.

Our Current Status: Case received and pending.

We would like to call the Vermont office. Does anyone know the hours they are taking phone calls?

Thanks,

Jenny

OK SOME STRANGE NEWS GUYS

I DONT KNOW IF ITS TRUE AS I AM VERY CONFUSED,

MY ATTOrney went to the appointment today and he claims that they told him my petition was approved YESTERDAY!

and he says he had the immigration officer write on the paper that we were approved, also he says we will both receive the NOA2 in the mail in the next couple days.

BUT i checked the status online and it only shows a touch on the 27th of FEb. and shows the petition as RECEIVED AND PENDING.

i also called the automated service and inputted my case number and on that service it also said that my petition is pending.

I have also NOT received any email saying that it was approved. . .

SO NOW IM CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG AM I approved? Will I receive the NOA2? I guess I just have to wait a couple more days and check the mail. But in the mean time the wait is killing me!!!

Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on this???

I-129F Sent : 2008-07-29

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-07-31

Touched. . .2-26-09

Touched. . .2-27-09

APPROVED!!! 3-2-09

Hard Copy received. . .3-6-09

David

That is because they do not update their web site on any regular basis. One of my friends from this web site received his approval in the mail on Dec 17, it showed he was approved on December 13, and the USCIS web site was not updated. I contacted Tom three weeks later to find out if they finally updated his account on the web site and he said they had not. A few weeks after that they still had not updated the site. So it appears that they mail the notice without updating the site.

What confuses me is many people in this room have reported finding out of their NOAH 2 by email. I'm dying to know if they got the email saying they were approved, but their account on USCIS was not updated. My guess is I am correct, but I'd like any of you to respond to let us know.

Carl

MHAZE, congrats to ya! :dance::dance::dance:

Sara, Wendy...I feel so angry for what happens to you (to us!)

Wendy, I don't understand why you were told you are gonna be in security checks for a long time! It's like saying "We know something you don't know".

As for your response, Sara, no comment.

My fiance told me that when he calls CSC , especially when he talks to women, he can hear them munching and drinking sodas with the straw, while he tries to make them understand his problem is real, we are not only case numbers, but real people, waiting to start a life together. I can imagine how he would feel, also hearing a burping in the phone while she is "checking" the file.

US Citizen since 08/11/2015.

Hi guys, I thought I'd join you here since I'm only 3 days short of the 6 months waiting. Hope you don't mind ;)

This wait is driving my loopy but what I read some of your stories, I have nothing but admiration for you and your patience. We have been waiting now over 3 weeks since the case processing resumed after the RFE was issued. Been touched several times since but still nothing. We forgot to tick a box... My SO says we had our chance at approval and we blew it... maybe he's right.

Well, I sincerely hope we all get approved soon but as much as I'd like to be the next, I'd rather wait in the queue for all of you in front of me to be approved first. Just wish the VSC would stop approving November files when they have so many August ones (and even earlier ones) to go through.

I've almost given up hope of getting NOA2. I wish you're correct but... :( I suppose only time will tell. But thanks for the encouragement anyway.

BTW, did you fill in your timeline yet? I can't see any approvals with RFE on the Igor's list...

Yesterday after I spoke with my Congressman's office I checked the site to see if it had been touched. Mysteriously enough the date had been backdated from 2/10/09 to 12/31/08/ What???? What the hell are they doing? Now, this morning the date has changed back to 2/10/09, which is the date I had an infopass appt. Any ideas???

im so angry at this system and the people that work in it, all we seem to do is go around and around again it is my opinion that everyone involved in the visa process on the government side are all liars, this system was never set up to help the usa people or protect them, it has always been about keeping honest immigrants out and that was way before nine eleven, when the very government that we elect can not help us with simple immigration problems and resolve matters then what hope do we ever have at them resolving governmental problems that need to be addressed to make our nation better?

i just want to get married why is it so hard? so many people i see getting their noa2 like one year or better after we filed and im not talking about those of u that had to join this club im talking the people that seem to fly thru this process in a few months time whats up with that????? and some of them are from high fraud countries but seems to make no difference.

all these people know what to do is say six more months six more months and i would bet u my life that in six more months they will again say SIX more months.

sorry guys today im so angry and depressed over all of this i can not make any logical sense out of this mess, i dont know how to get out of it i dont know what to do to make it go as they state it will when we filed that stupid increased petition fee so that we could receive better service they might as well of left the fee at less than two hundred dollars, we sure have not received quality service after paying the increased fee!!!!!! seems they only hire idiots in the California service center

anyway thats my rant today sorry i just could no hold it in any more

absolutely speechless for these morons that work in csc i cant believe this big country has such emigration system run by robots and people who dont speak english at all,,,if the president deals with the other problems he will have a lot of work to do for the emigration service, we try to do things right and they dont treat us well, what about all those illegal emigrants already in usa???

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER TO GO TO THE MOON THAN TO USA !!!!
