Oh no..you filed in Dec '07? Wow this must be an agonising wait! Have you contacted you Senator?

I know that we were in security checks but once we contacted the Senator... 2 weeks later we received our NA02! Maybe it's a coincidence..who knows, but its worth trying.

Yep, I have done status checks, as have my U.S. Rep and one of my senators. The response is always that we are in security checks. I have also contacted the Ombudsman, but haven't heard anything back yet. Hopefully all these approvals will mean good things for us too!

Grrr no more today????

I hope we finish off this thread tomorrow with the remaining NOA2's

Can you believe people from NOVEMBER are getting theirs already.

Not trying to make you feel worse, but there are people from DECEMBER who have gotten their NOA2s already!

i dont know how i feel when i see approvals from ppl 5 months ahead of me, my timeline is 7 months and counting, and for this ppl 3 or 2 months?????? what the hell!!! i mean its ok , but not is ok!!! you know what?we was originally travel to Usa in feb 27 me and my 2 sons, but now "who knows", is sad how the dreams or plans changes, but we have hope, and maybe in a few months will be together!! :innocent:

i wake up this morning whit the only idea to see more approvals, so show us love CSC!!! and move your a&(/%ss!!!!

yesterday morning i got a touch, and then again today at 9 i got a touch,

what do u think will happen?

would i get an email 2nite or tomaro or sunday? even if their closed? how does it work, and if they touched it today what are they doing to it?

the same thing happened to me when i was approved. a touch on monday, a touch on tuesday. no status update but i received the NOA2 in the mail that friday. My case still says pending on CRIS but I received the hardvopy NOA2. I think that consecutive touches is a good sign.

Just got an email from USCIS. Our expedited Request is denied. We are in security/back ground checks and therefore delay.

Unable to advise when they will be able to give us any more information. Guess being filed since 11/30/07 is not to be considered

for an expedite inquiry. If 15 months isn't I tend to wonder what time line is????

Yes I know they are closed tomorrow but you still might get the email. I got mine around 9 in the morning on Christmas Day. They were closed then too. Maybe they enter it in they system and when it automatically updates it spits out the email?

some officers are able to work from home. if something happens out of hours that is probably why.

I'm not quite here yet, right now I'm at 5 1/2 mos., but sure feels like I've been here longer than that, and I understand how everyone feels , to see people with a lot less time than you is discouraging..... I was hoping for a february approval , but seems that I gonna have to keep waiting a lot longer, so everyone I wish all of you promt approvals........specialy people that have been here for the longest like estadia, and others.....

Haha no not ready for excitement yet :) i just figured if there was, it was an expedite. Although a lot of the December approvals are the same country as my fiance, so I do have a little hope for next month, but not yet!
