hey guys!! check it out, another july filer approved, PB&JAM is your NOA1 date, OMG i'm silly but when i see approvals close to my date i feel a lot of hope......please everybody un this place want the same.....come on, please!!! CSC give us our NOA2 ....

who is it? and did they have any touches or RFEs?

Thats awesome! Hopefully our files are in the same box as hers! Honestly tho, I'm feeling as close to winning the lottery as I do getting my noa2.

Wow, I just saw her wedding is next week! Good thing they got approved :P

:rofl: i think the same.......i but i dont believe they could married in one week...but who knows :P . and they got something that we not........THE NOA2 hahahaahahahahaaha-. :P

yesss im finally back in the US!

I did a service request this morning, and our attorney is going to the local office this week to get proof that theres nothing wrong with our case it it will be processed,

the service request said they must reply within 45 days, what do you think will happen?

when will we be approved and whats going on???

What is a service request and how do you ask for one? I am not sure if I asked for one at my infopass appointment last friday. The Officer I spoke with at the Tampa field office sent an e-mail to someone at the VSC. She informed me that it takes about 24 hours for them to respond to her and that she would call me with their answer.

I have another infopass scheduled for March 5th... and if I didn't request a service request before, I'll be sure to do it this time.

My guess (and I'd be willing to put money on it) is that they will tell you your case is with the background check unit and nothing will happen until it's finished there.

When will you get approved? I have no idea. I dont think senators or service requests change alot initially. They use the background check unit as a way to sit on your case as long as they want to for whatever reason. IMO.

Yes, I'm ok most days, but not today. My heart is just broken...its aching so much. I need him here with me! :crying: At least i know i'm not alone. It killlls me seeing couples out together..i finally have my love, but i dont have him with me! i'm feeling distraught...

Oana - are you in Colorado? I'm in Colorado as well. I'm waiting on a congressman's response right now. What did the senator's office say to you? Did they say you were in security checks?

Yes, my fiance is in Co. We contacted Salazar's office, the guy took all the info over the phone and said we will hear again from him in a few days. But 2 days after that, Salazar and his staff moved to Washington for the new job, so no more feedback. Especially since we did not make a written request, the new Senator (Bennet) did not take over our issue. We are trying to contact Bennet but he is just nowhere to be found yet! :whistle:

08/17/09: Passed Driving test

08/22/09: Married on beautiful Mackinac Island, MI

08/31/09: Mailed AOS Package

10/20/09: Received AP

10/21/09 Received EAD card

12/7/09 AOS APPROVED!

12/14/09: Green Card arrived in mail. Happy Days!

It's taken 18 months from applying for K1 to receipt of Green Card! Thank God it's over until 12/7/11
