OMG. I just opened my email and I got a message that I got approved for my NOA2 as of January 14 omg I was talking with my fiancee on the computer and screamed in his ear I was speachless OMG OMG I cant believe I got it. I am soooooo excited my hands are shaking. I want to thank everyone for their support you mean a lot to me and going through this whole process. I am sooooooo happy... :dancing:

2/24/09: NA02 APPROVAL... finally, after 9 MONTHS & 8 DAYS!!

5/5/09 : Interview Date APPROVED!!!!

5/8/09: visa received

From NA01 to interview: 12 LONG MONTHS!!

07/23/09: received SSN

08/17/09: Passed Driving test

08/22/09: Married on beautiful Mackinac Island, MI

AOS

08/31/09: Mailed AOS Package

10/20/09: Received AP

10/21/09 Received EAD card

12/7/09 AOS APPROVED!

12/14/09: Green Card arrived in mail. Happy Days!

It's taken 18 months from applying for K1 to receipt of Green Card! Thank God it's over until 12/7/11

Here we go again...

Thank you I am wondering if emailing my congressmen did the trick. Just seems a coincendent that I got approved the day after I wrote a letter to my congressmen. I am praying for you Monkeyjuice I know how stressful this whole process is it does take a toll. Hope you hear something real soon. Im routing for you....

I am really happy to start seeing some action on this thread! Of course we ALL wish it was Sara but hopefully she will be soon. I talked to my Lawyer today and he said we need to bug USCIS in every way possible. So that is my plan.

I have an Info pass appointment tomorrow and I am going to send a request to the ombudsman. Also He said he is going to send in another request.

I hope I hear something soon. Yesterday I was SOOOOOOO depressed! I have never been so depressed before. I don't know what did it to me but I had to scrape myself off the floor.

I need my sweetie!!!!!

I don't want to wait anymoooooooooore!!!!!!

Wendy+Greger I know the feeling i was in a depressed state myself. I was wondering if emailing my congressmen had anything to do with my approval because it was a conciedence. Hang in there I thought this day would of never came. Start bugging that is what I would do.

well they finally let me in to the part of the site that shows if u been touched or not and is shows our case was touched on the 13th but we have not heard anything my God i hope it is the noa2 and they are not just messing around

Sara, I pray to god that you get your NOA2 now. If you are now considered an "August" filer They have been getting approved so you should be approved.

I had an infopass meeting today. The guy had no more information then I did. But he said he would send them an email and ask what the ____ is going on. He was very sympathetic and said it was taking WAY too long. It will be 9 months soon for us. So I hope that helps.

In addition to that I plan on writing my senator and ombudsman and my lawyer said he was going to try again.

I can't understand why this is happening to me.

I'm so depressed. I want my sweetie here so badly.
