after more than half a year of trying to get my congressman's help and him refusing out of the blue i got a letter dated the 7th of this month that he just now realizes we are out of normal processing time and has sent in request to csc to find out what is going on with our case talk about me falling off the chair in shock!!!!!!!

that's great news! i hope he can find out what the hold up is! keep us posted.

well he is a joke...........and a bad one but if it helps i will be happy right now i just want to show csc that many are behind me and since he came out of the blue to put in his two cents worth that is helpful he could have done this way back in june or july when i asked lol

I just looked at my packet last night and saw that i didnt add my marriage certificate with my maiden name on it got my divorice decree but has my married name on that. Think that is going to cause a problem I have the marriage certificate i never changed my name back to my maiden name but if they needed that why wouldnt they sent me a letter to tell me. Oh this may take longer now. dont know what to do if I should call or just send it in. Cause my birth certificate has my maiden name.

but i did see on my form to fill out it does show I have used my maiden name cause there was a section other names used as maiden name so I put that down will that help.

well they flat told me we were, now when i asked the other day if we are finally out she told me that information is not on her computer screen, how ever when we applied for expedite the first time in aug the denied us because of the fact we were in security.

if they need more information you will have to wait for them to send you an rfe. don't just send in the information as it is unlikely that it will find its way to your petition. i hope you hear something soon!

Sara they told you on the phone that you were in security check or did you have to go to an infopass appointment to find it out? I'm curious if we need to take an appointment to know what "reviews" mean or we can only phone. My fiance wants to take it easy but I just want to find out what these reviews mean, if it's security checks I'll give up as there nothing else I could do, but if it's not, I want to know in order to continue the fight

they told me on the phone we were in security check and they also sent a letter to our senator that had done an request for information about our case stating we were in security.

nope not yet but then again they only sent the request in on the 7th so prolly will take a few days........at least i feel like maybe just maybe i can find out if we are really out of security, i kind of feel we are or they would not have asked us for supporting documents for our request for expedite, have not heard back on that either since i faxed them in it was over thirty pages i faxed lol hope they like to read
