I found a way to find out what happened to all people you got NOA 1 the same day as yourself. You can track it. And you will see, no pattern whatsoever. It's all BS about processing in order and such.

08- the year

187 - June 24 of their fiscal year

xxxxx- your case number

You will find all petitions from that day not just K1. If you search a while you will see when everyone else (k1) got approved. It's all #######. I got drunk on wine with Dan when I saw this. USCIS sucks.

Cheers,

Panterchen

Well...we had an email from out lawyer today as my fiance threatened to fire them & retrieve his money back!

They tell us that now the USCIS has failed to resolve the delay in our case, there is a 'special' email that immigration lawyers can send to them. Apparently CSC should get back to us within a week.

Then if that doesnt work they can use a special a special liason through the american immigration lawyers association to get answers. It all sounds very impressive but it could also be a loada bullsh1t so we'll see. :star:

To all those who have been waiting 6+ months, I feel for you all greatly. I think the centers need to get it gear and take care of your cases, this is ridiculous for any of you to have to wait so long. I had to spend over 4 years going across an ocean to see my sweetheart until we could even consider filing so I know how hard it is for each of you waiting to be together. My prayers are with each of you that you will get your approvals and soon can be with the one you love.
