EllieandWill, stay strong! I can imagine you are frustrated because most may filers got approved by now. But there were a number of late may approvals last week at Vermont. So stay strong, it might just be another week or two.

Thank you for your kind words, i know it will come........ but as you say it is very frustrating to see others with same time line as ours get theirs, waiting is the hardest thing,

but yeh i am hoping with each day maybe this week, even a touch and i would be happy, as then know someone is looking at our paperwork

hope you hear something too this week

Spurs and I have also been considering me just moving to England if this visa stuff takes too long--I don't want us to get trapped waiting if we slipped through the cracks. Maybe it's just because I hate feeling like someone else has control over my life--this at least gives us some input to the decision!!!

Thanks for letting me in... I can't play in my May CSC thread anymore because they're all about their packet 3's and their interviews, and I'm still waiting.... Why me?? Or why us should I say, since we're all behind the norm.

So here's my moving dilemma... I'm currently 1/2 through my master's program. Moving would mean taking a year off of school, which I really don't want to do. I'd have to quit my job that I love, which I don't want to do. But I WON'T live without my noivo (Portuguese for fiance!) anymore. So I guess it comes down to what I don't want to do and what I won't do. We just saw each other a week ago in NYC for the day (he works for a cruise line and was joining a ship), and now we're both more upset and depressed than we've ever been. So I guess my stinkin' government has left us no choice. Seriously, why do they make it this hard to be with the ones we love? It's no wonder people come here illegally!

Alright, done venting, thanks!

Here's hoping that someone hears something soon....

I really feel for the people that have had to wait for 6 months+ for a NOA2... sometimes it seems it's not in an organised order at all, especially when there are people from September (and I think October) that have already had theirs. In fact some people have met, applied and gotten approval before others that have been waiting for months and months, even years. It's just unfair and heartbreaking to those of you that have your lives on hold.

It's why I'm considering applying for US citizenship after the residency requirement; I don't want to be considered American, but I don't want to be in this system any longer..

I really hope you guys hear something ASAP, especially you Sara. Feel free to join our August thread, but I understand if you would rather not as you shouldn't BE an August filer.

Hey guys,

it's heartbreaking to read this thread.

I mean waiting is fine but I feel just so unfairly treated because there is nothing we can do. You just wouldn't get an answer from USCIS. I don't worry too much yet but I can hardly imagine what it will be like once we hit the 6+ months.

Sometimes this makes me want to work for USCIS to improve systems (hahaha,ok I am really a quality manager).

My fiancé is already now thinking about moving here. So no, you are not crazy. :-)

yeh it is, makes u mad too as they are playing with people lives,

and yeh any one could work for them , seems all u need is

how to be able to unfile paper work, lose people case files, do not understand how the days and months work in order of the year,

i had one bad day yesterday, tears, feeling low and just wanting to give up, but woke up this morning, to a lovely bunch of red roses from my man and card saying he coming over for two weeks 18th Nov

so maybe things looking up now, and maybe we get NOA2
