We had our RFE back... They want evidence we've met in the past 2years... We've put together 45 pages of pictures, plane tickets, passport stamps, all the stuff we sent in originally.... Hoping this'll be enough for them!!

We had our RFE back... They want evidence we've met in the past 2years... We've put together 45 pages of pictures, plane tickets, passport stamps, all the stuff we sent in originally.... Hoping this'll be enough for them!!

Not long now.....

hi didnt u send proof of it before?

We sent a ton of stuff before - photos, plane tickets, ring reciept... guess they must've lost it or something.... i really don't get what else they could be looking for. this time we just put it all together in one huge document with a zillion photos and affadavits from friends and family... i really hope it's enough for them now!

its true sometimes things get lost and people have to send it again but the good news is u know they are adjudicating ur case and as soon as they get the stuff u will prolly get approved :whistle:

a friend of mine sent me something very up lifting one of our vj members kelah and ramiro, has been waiting since june of 2007 just got approved the other day.........i wish i has seen the approval notice if there was one so we could celebrate with them but to me that is like the best news ever.......means they are at least closer to my own case now..........

I am officially over 5 months waiting now. Not enough yet to join your club but I almost think I will eventually get there...

How come it seems there are more Cali-filers waiting over 6 months than Vermont?! (at least that's what it seems like in this thread)

Emma, when did USCIS actually receive your RFE? They've had ours since 16 Oct. and our case is still pending... :angry: and I try to understand why most of the RFEd guys get approved immediately and not us?

Zoe, what do you mean by "we had our RFE back"?

As in they sent it to us... I found out it was due from the website so we were just waiting to receive it. Sounds like they lost all our stuff as we sent in everything they asked for... We're waiting to send it back til the day after thanksgiving as we don't want it to get lost if there's no one there to sign for it... I'm hoping they'll open it as soon as it's received, I'll let you know...

Panterchen - don't take this the wrong way, but I really hope you don't get to join our club :unsure:
