Yes! We're waiting for the interview -- the rest went relatively fast -- but it's agony waiting. Maybe these people will want to get it over with before Christmas and they'll go fast. Maybe they'll find whatever they LOST.

I love how all of us 6+ monthers just fell off of Igor's list. We don't even count anymore! That makes me feel a little hopeless.

Your lawyer seems like a real jerk. I guess I should be happy that mine is easy to get ahold of. Well not him exactly, but his office staff do all the work anyway so they know more then he does. I hope you get a new lawyer for the rest of the process, Like the AOS, and whatever else we do after this.

It does look like some else started a 6 months club! Funny!

Sara - what did your Lawyer say today?

truthfully i have misjudged him .......... my mom talked to him i just could not even deal with it i was so upset..........he explained what he has been doing and even what he has done today to try to get this resolved.....but he hopes we are out of this mess pretty soon.....u know the new what ever it is that they have to process back loads like ours......he even offered to call and talk to perviz family and perviz cuz this late visa has made his family think something must be wrong with us cuz they know nothing is wrong with them  so really no good news other than thinking we are about done with this mess cuz if they was gonna reject us they would prolly have already done it security is not going to pull up anything on either one of us but he worked in saudi for a year as a doctor and he is the right age and muslim ........also pretty well educated so that prolly popped up some red flag.....so that they thru us into security......and he did offer to give us a refund if we are not satisfied with his service and that really meant a lot to me....also said the systems are messed up at csc so wany approvals he has been getting has been snail mail.....so we are in the same mess as everyone else but will prolly finish our noa2 about the same time as u guys so come on csc start pushing out those noa2's im more than ready

awww Sara I'm so glad that it wasn't bad news as you though it would be. That's encouraging enough to know that there isn't anything "incriminating" on your man. I suppose you are just one of the unlucky ones. You'll get through this soon...I'm sure of it! Lots of hugs.
