SHE WENT OVER TO THE MACHINE, STEPPED UP ON THE SCALE AND PUT HER NICKEL IN, OUT CAME A CARD THAT READ, 'YOU ARE A NUN, YOU WEIGH 128 LBS, AND YOU ARE GOING TO CHICAGO .'

No news yet sara, the case is back in court, that all we know. We are considering writing to anyone and everyone with power in the USA in some sort of hopes that one of them has a heart, that and just submitting a application to VSC ever week till they talk too us.... but who knows, alternatively we are looking into applying to Australia and me relocating to Canada. Its all such a mess, all we want is to be together.

On the positive, how goes the next step has your application hit India yet? So you have a plan in mind of when he is going to be making the trip? That right there is going to be one hell of a reunion!!!!

Maybe living in Australia is the way to go. I have a few friends that emigrated there & they love it. Good luck to ya!

got to be honest with you though, I always looked at people stuck this long in USCIS, and i know my luck is terrible but I never thought for a second it would be us. There really is nothing complex about our case no kids, no criminal records, no medical issues, and a low-fraud country

got to be honest with you though, I always looked at people stuck this long in USCIS, and i know my luck is terrible but I never thought for a second it would be us. There really is nothing complex about our case no kids, no criminal records, no medical issues, and a low-fraud country

have u heard anything from ur attorney about the court case? it seems if they lost ur case they should be more than willing to expedite it i know how it feels to set and wait and i pray daily that u will soon be out of this black hole.........

Sara, yeah its been eaten by a black hole, our Lawyer has taken to ignoring our calls, and not returning them, Chris calls him about 5 times a day and we haven't actually spoken to him in 2 weeks .

We are actually organizing paper work for Chris to come to Australia, and looking at getting married maybe next weekend (after withdrawing our visa application) and apply for the CR1 to america and the Spouse visa to Australia and see which one comes through first, I think it will be Australia.....

Frankly it doesn't really matter at this point which way we go, we just want to be able to get on with our lives together, yes we are aware that we will be doing this for the next 5 years setting up our family and all, but at least that way we can do it together, I don't want to sit around for another 12 months in case they "maybe" find our application...
