we have thought about that but that brings us right back to the point that we no longer qualify for k1 if we refile cuz its been more than two years since we saw each other......i cant fly there right now, my last eco gram of my heart was better but not as good as they expected it to be so i will get it again in a month or so........and by the way my doctor states that they feel the stress of this night mare we are living in is the reason behind why they have had to readjust my medication and that is what has led to the eco gram that is not as good as they had wanted it to be......

seems we are caught in the k1 until it plays itself out or until i can fly to india as the embassy did not even want or agree to look at the documentation from my doctors as to why i could not go there at this time.........

i think she is kind of stuck because she is not sure how to make it so that information dont go out that someone could use against us, she put all of our documents such as everything we have done to date to try to get this resolved in pdf form and sent it to me im stuck to because i dont know where to go with it or what to do with it, i did fax everything to the white house and i did send out emails with it to all the congressman and senators that i could find, i think that im willing to take the chance of letting our receipt number out i mean even if there ends up being one bad person that sees it what can they really do? also with out it what good can the petition do?

i dont know im open for suggetions,

if u have any ideas plz let me know, my mind just cant function anymore.
