Dear Sara,

please don't let Perviz to get disappointed with it. The US is really hard with getting tourist visas.

Why don't you simply apply another case instead of waiting for your present one? They might have lost yours and don't want to tell about it, but you guys are still waiting. I feel so so sorry for you, I know how painful it must be :( :(

Sara - I am SOOOOO sorry! Did they say WHY he was denied? Or who gets approved?? I can't understand why someone is not even allowed to come for a VISIT!!! This is CRAZY! I agree that you should just file a new petition and pretend the 1st one didn't exist. It would be crazy if it just flew right through! And I doubt they would even notice! They seem soo un-organized over there!

Sara, I'm afraid there was no chance to get a tourist visa. If you have already applied for the immigrant one, the Embassy won't help with the other.
