We got through NVC on the 8th and now waiting for the interview date.

Blessings, everybody! So, it's true! Everything moves with the speed of light after you are out of CSC !! Yesterday I called the Embassy to make the appointment, and I was so shocked to hear "How about next week?"

Sara, I don't know if I said it already, but I know people said it before me: even though I am out of this club, I will be checking on you, to see where am I to sign the petition (and my fiance, obviously)

Are you guys starting to plan to move?

Maybe you could move over there, get married and then start fresh with the K-3 visa? Then maybe it would go right through easily?

hi wendy, u know i feel stupid for some reason i thought Monday was the 20th but its wend. so i have an info pass appointment that day, i dont expect anything to come out of it but im building all my bases to sue for adjustment from csc, also perviz is going in to try and get a visitor visa, moving right now i cant do, i still have not had my last eco gram and beings i didnt have insurance when i first got sick i incurred a lot of debt and used a lot of money i thought i could build it fast but this economy has effected all of us so i will plug along doing what i can do and pray for the best.

Sorry I've ben absent from here but been working a lot! plus filling those AOS papers was a nightmare!.

well i called the white house yesterday, they instructed me to contact all the normal blah blah blah places then after i told them what was going on they gave me the fax number to send our case to.

so i guess if i dont hear anything i will fax it once a week until i do

I'm at the waiting for an interview stage, but just wanted to share a vent at how stupid the whole process is. Estadia, I am completely shocked that you are still in security checks, especially since when I called DoS today to see if I had an interview date, I was asked my case number and NOTHING ELSE to confirm who I am before information about my case was released! And this is the second time this has happened. How can they justify holding you up on security checks when they release information about your file over the phone without asking who is calling or asking for more information such as petitioner/beneficiary names/ DOB???

well that prolly would be better and get attention faster cuz i know that someone has to look at what comes in and they them self decide of the pres will get it.

i also sent an email to them, and one to our congressman and senator seems i better just stay on them so that im a pain in their back side.....
