Today I took a different route to work that took me past the voter registration office. This morning there was a line of early voters stretching an entire city block. Just now, driving home, there was still a long line outside. This is one of the few blue counties in South Carolina, but still, amazing. I wonder if it will be like that all week.

Well, you are kind of struck with whomever your candidate for president selected for vice president. Did read that JFK got stuck with Johnson and he never liked him, so perhaps the candidate is not really selecting his running mate, they don't say much about this, selected by the boss of the party is more likely.

In my state we have separate boxes for the governor and the lieutenant governor, so why can we have that option in the even more important presidential election?

Early voting last Friday was a breeze....waited just 5 mintues and the place I went to was much larger and more organized than my regular polling place... so... DONE!

yes, bff fracas..i did...all voted for obama....overall, there were about 14 folks all day i took..i helped 5 vote..
