what if have not filed for 2007? what else to send? have 2006 and 2005 tax return already..

IR-5 for dad

02/16/12 - mailed I-130

02/27/12 - NOA1 petition received(hubby's birthday!)

06/06/12 - NOA2 stating I-130 approved

06/29/12 - NVC received case

07/09/12 - case entered in the system,assigned MNL # and IIN,email add given

07/12/12 - beneficiary emailed DS-3032, auto response received

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

07/28/12 - mailed IV Package

08/03/12 - received DS 230 packet

08/14/12 - sent RFE

08/16/12 - NVC received RFE

08/21/12 - log in failed

08/22/12 - case complete!

09/26-27/12 - medical at SLMC

10/04/12 - interview

12/01/12 - Left Philippines

Send a letter stating why it wasn't necessary for you to file.

If it was I suggest you file.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Send a letter stating why it wasn't necessary for you to file.

If it was I suggest you file.

Just make sure that letter is notarized.

It sounds to me like your I-864 was accepted by the NVC, but how did the NVC manage to accept it and complete your case without the 2007 tax return?

Whatever NVC accepted will be transferred to the USEM.

case not yet completed, theyre waiting for my AOS but the thing is my hubby doesnt have his 2007 coz he hasnt file it yet coz he's waiting for me, for my SSN??? so i dont know what he should send,he has his 05 and 06 tax return..

I have a question,..I just recently graduated June 2008 and I have to file form I-864 for Affidavit of support form my husband..I just recently started a part-time work and will start my 2nd job next week as full time..I have 3 co-sponsors along with their incometax return forms copies..is this ok if I can't show any incometax return yet?? I got a letter from my employer stating that I got the job for full-time,and I got my 1st paycheck from my part-time job. I am sending xerox copies of these..Is this enough?I really can't show anything about tax return yet>>>
