While you was in B'ham, did you stop by Dreamland for some great BBQ???

Oh we didn't go there Bubba. That's our first time there and we're kinda lost. So we ended up having lunch at Kobe restaurant.

Just wanted to share our biometrics experience at ASC Birmingham today.

:goofy: Oh my goodness - you had to drive to B'ham for biometrics? I live in B'ham but I would have thought there would have been somewhere closer to Dothan. Nothing in the panhandle of Florida? Glad you got it though. I assume you will go to Atlanta for your interview. As long as you don't have a K2 that is over 16 you should be fine (long story, horrible journey, finally good outcome though with 19-year-old step-son). :goofy:

K1 PROCESS:

04/08/05 . . . . Sent I-129F to TSC

08/31/05 . . . . London Interview - APPROVED

AOS PROCESS:

10/06/05 . . . . Sent AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago Lockbox

05/16/06 . . . . APPROVED.

Actually it was my husband who have to drive to B'ham Shari, I just had help him with the map we printed out. Luckily my morning sickness didn't shows up until I'm waiting at the ASC (thank God I could get over it it tho' lol).

Yes, we will have to go to Atlanta for the interview. Thank you for the info Shari & sorry to hear that you had trouble with your step-son there. It would just be me and my unborn baby for the interview. :D

Take care! (F)

Maureen,

It is great to see you proceeding on course.

I love Atlanta. Go to Stone mountain and try to save some time for the Olympic Park downtown. You can see the place where CNN is broadcast from. There is also a really cool Coca Cola museum down there.

I know I sound like a tour guide here, and I don't mean to. I see so many people that are forced to travel by USCIS and they never really take the opportunity to look around and see this beautiful country. Given the proper destinations you could spend a week in Atlanta alone.

Good luck, my friend!!! Keep your eyes open. There is beauty everywhere.

Hey Joe, thank you for the great tips. I had write it down. Unfortunately, James would probably only take 1 day off but we will try to make the most of it. I would love to go to Six Flags for some rides but James killed that idea by saying "Hon, remember you are preggo!"

Take care my friend! My love for Lucero. (F)
