How many copies of G-325A need to sned along with AOs and I-130

I was wondering if how many Form G-325A need to attach along with AOS and I-130. I'm concurrently filing form I-130 with I-485. Each Form asked for G-325A. Do I need to supply 2 G-325A for an applicant and a petitioner? One for Form I-130 and another for I-485?
