I was wondering if a petitioner is required to sign form G-325A. As I read fro form I-130 says " A completed and signed form G-325A, Biographic Information, for you and a from G-325A for your husband or wife. Except for your name and signature you do not have to repeat on form G-325A the information given on your form I-130.

I just want to make sure about this before sending this. I don't really want to receive a RFE because of this. Anyone who did this before pls give me your advise...Thank you very much

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

Yes, both the petitioner's and beneficiary's G-325A's need to be signed and dated in original. In my case, to be on the safe side, the petitioner (my husband) also filled in completely his G-325A, even though that meant repeating info on the I-130.
