hi everyone. as you all know about our past experiences mario (us citizen husband) had overstayed in the philippines for 3 years and i paid $2000 penalty alone plus his tickets going back here for $850 dollars. --now are still establishing ..and last april 2008 my daughter was denied of her us citizenship because of domicile issues of his father ..

what are sample of domicile records? SITUATION

A) FATHER (US CITIZEN) WAS A STUDENT DURING THE TIME OF CONCEPTION (MANILA PHILIPPINES)

B) NO WORK, NO IRS, NO SSA STATEMENT --UNDERAGE/FULL TIME STUDENT

C) WENT TO SCHOOLS ( PROOF AFTER HIS 14TH BIRTHDAY IN US--REGISTRAR SAID NO RECORDS BECAUSE OF HURRICANE KATRINA ALL DESTROYED)

D) NO BILLS SINCE LIVING WITH PARENT

E) OLD PASSPORT, STATE ID AND DRIVERS LICENSE --STOLEN IN MANILA (BUT WHEN REPLACED NEW ISSUE DATE WAS PLACED NOT THE OLD DATE OF REGISTRATION)

CAN SOMEONE PLS HELP US what are OTHER OPTION OF PROOF of domicile records? SO WE CAN GET SOPHIA MAE ..HERES THE COPY OF THE LAST INTERVIEW sophia.jpg
