(Sorry for asking questions that have been repeatedly repeated.)

I'm preparing the initial package for K3. The I-130, G-325A's etc.

I'll list the things I'm worried about and if there is a mistake or you have some advice, please let me know.

Q's about G-325A:

My employment for last 5 years runs more than 5 lines. I put (See Attachment.) on the first line and put all of the employment on a separate sheet. Attachment sheet is titled: Form G-325A, Q: Employment last five years

I put my name on the upper right. Signature Box at the bottom.

For her employment she was self-employed for last 10 years. I put Self-employed, City, Country

Then for last employment our of U.S. I put (See above.)

I'm not sure what to put in 'form is submitted in connection with application for:' . Need to know if mine (petitioner) and hers (alien) should be the same or different.

Are people printing these on colored paper still? Or white paper?

-------

Q's about I-130:

Print the 130 double sided? On yellow or white paper?

-------

How should I attach the plastic bags holding the photos to the sheet of paper?

------

How should I label the tabs at the bottom? And should the tabs for my G-325A and her G-325A be identify who each set if about?

-----

Is it true we should not use staples for anything? (even like putting the attachment on the back of each G-325A?

Thanks in advance,

'form is submitted in connection with application for:

Both the petitioner and beneficiary's G-325A are submitted with the same application.

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

Just print on white.

Q's about I-130:

Print the 130 double sided? On yellow or white paper?

Double if you like but I think most of us only did single sided on white paper

How should I attach the plastic bags holding the photos to the sheet of paper?

Hubby used a small clip

Is it true we should not use staples for anything? (even like putting the attachment on the back of each G-325A?

Whilst some members have used staples....the assembly instructions on USCIS site (you will find them here in the guides as well) do not like staples to be used.

Acco fasteners

I've probably missed a question

All the best

venice surfer,

I used staples for holding the multiple pages of a single item together, eg the 4 pages of G-325A and the 2 pages of I-130 (printed single-sided).

If you're going to print the I-130 double-sided, print it top-to-bottom (rather than the usual side-to-side) so that the back side is not upside down when the page is flipped up from the bottom.

venice surfer,

For the attachments, make sure each attachment is signed and dated by the appropriate applicant. Make 4 copies, one for each page of the G-325a's, insert each attachment copy behind each page of the form...DO NOT use staples for anything!! Acco fasteners are best...this goes for the plastic bags your using for the photos also...we used zip-lock bags..punch 2 holes and put them on top of the I-130 form.

for "this form is submitted in connection with application for"...check the box that says "other" then specify..."I-130" for both you and spouse.

Don't print double sided...they prefer single sided, its easier to locate the info while perusing your application.

White paper is fine, color isnt needed.

Hope this helps.....good luck
