hi guys! this is my 1st post.!!!I just turned 21, my husband is us citizen & I gained my us citizenship through marriage. Now, I want to bring my mother here in US from india but my mother married 3 times in her life.

1st marriage 1987: my natural father divorced my mother in 1988

2nd marriage 1989: my mother re-married & my step father died in 1990, 1 year after marriage.(however, in 2006, she applied for US visit visa which was denied. On her passport, she had my step-father name.

3rd marriage: my mother re-married in 2006 & got a new passport with 3rd husband's name on it.

Now, in form I-130, under question 11, do i need to put my natural & step-father's name in it & If i do, then what date should i put under question 12 for my step father(since he was passed away)

since my mother re-married in 2006, her last name has changed to her husband's last name.

now, on my original birthcertificate, my mother's last name is different. is that gonna be a problem when i submit my birthcertificate with I-130?

along with sending my original birth certificate, do i need to send the proof of ending my mother 1st & 2nd marriage?

please advise me if i'm missing anything.
